Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged/defective product
  • Size mismatch (eligible for first exchange only)

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Note: Products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return/Exchange Request Window

You must initiate the return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at littledollyindore@gmail.com with your Order ID, item details, and reason for return.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.

4. Pickup or Self-Shipping
  • For eligible pin codes, we offer free reverse pickup.
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may courier the product back to us. Self-return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process
  • Refunds are initiated once the returned item passes the quality check.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Items are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Return initiated after the 7-day window.
  • Final sale items or items purchased with store credits or vouchers.
7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched β€” whichever is earlier.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted and standard return rules apply.
