Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

Little Dolly offers returns and exchanges within the specified period as mentioned on the product detail page. Items must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. If a Seal Tag is present, it must remain attached.

2. Return Methods

1. Pick up: We offer free pickup in most locations. Availability will be confirmed at the return request stage.

2. Self-ship: If pickup isn’t available at your location, you can self-ship the item. We will reimburse the shipping costs as Little Dolly Credits, provided a valid courier receipt is shared.

3. Exchange Policy
  • Size issues are only eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are free of cost and are subject to availability and location serviceability.
  • Product must be unused and have all tags intact for exchange eligibility.
  • You may exchange for the same or different size of the same item, or even a different item (price differences apply).
  • Each exchange request is valid for only one item; multiple items require separate exchange requests.
  • Products marked non-returnable or showing signs of misuse are not eligible for exchange.
4. Refunds
  • Instant refunds are processed after a successful quality check at the doorstep (available in select areas).
  • Refund Methods:
    • NEFT: 1–3 business days
    • Little Dolly Credit: Instant
    • Online Refund (Card/Netbanking): 7–10 business days
    • PhonePe Wallet: Instant
  • Refunds are only processed if the item passes our internal quality checks.
5. Self-Ship Guidelines
  • Use a reliable courier service.
  • Include a note with your Order ID and Return ID inside the package.
  • Ensure the product is unused and all original tags are intact.
  • Courier receipt must include package weight, destination address, date of shipment, and cost, and should be shared with us unedited.
